1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cora ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

Cora provides a tamper-proof log of rental-related photos, payments and messages. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Cora a limited license to store, hash, timestamp and display it to authorised parties of the relevant rental. Once written, entries are immutable and cannot be edited or deleted by any party, including Cora.

4. Payments

SHIELD is a one-time payment of ₹1,499 that unlocks lifetime premium features for the rental on which it is purchased. Payments are processed through Cashfree. Pricing is inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Disclaimer

Cora provides verifiable evidence records but does not guarantee any specific legal outcome. Admissibility and weight of evidence is at the discretion of the relevant tribunal or court. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms. Immutable records previously written may be retained for the integrity of the joint log.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
