Overview
Cora offers a free plan so you can fully evaluate the product before purchasing SHIELD. We want you to be confident before you upgrade.
7-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund of your SHIELD lifetime purchase within 7 daysof payment, provided you have not exported a premium tribunal-formatted PDF case file. Once a premium PDF has been exported, the purchase is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
- Email hibon.technologies@gmail.com from your registered account email.
- Include your order ID and the reason for the refund.
- We respond within 2 business days and, if eligible, process refunds within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellations
SHIELD is a one-time lifetime purchase — there is no recurring subscription to cancel. You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time by contacting support. Note: previously written evidence entries remain immutable in the joint rental log to preserve the integrity of the record for the other party.
Failed or Duplicate Payments
If you were charged but SHIELD was not activated, or you were charged twice, contact us immediately with your transaction reference. We will reconcile and refund duplicate charges in full.
